A beautiful and medium large scorpion species from Southwestern United States, great for beginners. This locality has beautiful hints of orange in it.
Geographical Distribution: Arizona and California
Size: Medium-Large 2.5”-3.5
Habitat: Arid - Solitary Housing
Substrate: Peat/Coco fiber/Sand (60/10/30 ratio) with horizontal cork bark. Reptisoil with sand works well too
Temperatures: 77F- 90F (25C-30C)
Water requirements: Spray the enclosure in the corner once a week with water as needed
